Glen Steward
Director
Glen is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with more than 28 years of experience in the investment and trading industries. He holds directorships and board memberships in various financial sector companies across Mauritius, South Africa, and the USA.
Currently, Glen serves on the boards of two asset management companies regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa and the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius. His exceptional leadership and expertise have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the financial landscape.
Glen is also the Chief Strategy Officer and Board member of US-listed FAVO Capital Inc, the rapidly growing direct funding Company, focused on providing customised, short-term funding to small and mid-sized businesses in USA. His strategic acumen was pivotal in the integration of the FAVO Group of Companies into FAVO Capital, Inc, leading to his appointment to the Advisory Board in June 2023.
In 2000, Glen founded Stewards International Funds PCC, leveraging the valuable experience gained from working with renowned investment banks such as Merrill Lynch and DMG Deutsche Morgan Grenfell during his five-year tenure in London.
He is also the Founder and Director of Foundation Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd, Secure Clear Trade Finance (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and Secure Clear Treasury Ltd (Mauritius). Glen has founded Stewards Financial Custodians and Stewards International Ltd where he serves as Director and Chief Investment Officer.
Linda Arumugam
Operations Director
Linda joined Stewards in 2000, bringing with her over nine years of experience at Liberty Life. With more than two decades at Stewards, she has built extensive expertise across both operational and financial functions. In 2018, she was appointed Operations Director, and today she leads the Forex team, where her deep knowledge and strategic oversight continue to drive efficiency, innovation, and client value.
Richard Pearson
Head of Business Development
Richard has led Sales and Broker Relationships at Stewards FOREX since 2015. With over 20 years of expertise in forex and financial sales, he is passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, guiding them through the complexities of global currency transactions. In his role, Richard drives sales strategies, fosters valuable partnerships, and ensures every client receives a personalised service. Dedicated to empowering both our broker network and clients, he remains committed to delivering success and creating long-term value in the dynamic forex landscape.
